This is a personal review of the Willows, a restaurant at the Seven Clans Casino in Warroad Minnesota. As part of bus tour to the casino in November, I had occasion to visit the Willows restaurant for lunch and dinner. This is the only formal restaurant in the casino. The Willows restaurant is spacious with a nice, even though indirect, view of the Lake of the Woods. The servers on three occasions were very friendly. We were lucky to have the same server twice. However, on the day we were leaving we went to the restaurant to get a take out and it was a very unpleasant experience. The woman at the cash register who took our order and who appeared to be a supervisor had the worst customer service skills. We had a coupon for our meal so the balance was just $2.00.
