It was a bad food day for me in Vegas that included getting the wrong order three times and hair in my food for dinner. I gave away the story line before I started. The title says it all, hair in your food. Not a big deal if it is your hair, it is more an issue when it is some unknown hair. Tips for Eating Cheap and Healthy on your Las Vegas Vacation

It was a shock to my wallet when  I first saw the menus at the las Vegas resort on my trip.  Once in the hotel, you are somewhat held ransom; everything is there and it is more convienient to just dine in. On your first night at the Las Vegas resort,you are tired and hungry so a $10.00 hamburger doesn't seem too bad. However, if you plan your stay carefully you can eat less expensive if you are prepared to venture away from the confines of the resort. Eat away from the resort as often as you can. If you try to rise early in the morning you can find a nearby diner which will give you a great breakfast for about $5.00. Try the Miracle Mile shops at Planet Hollywood. Eat at Food courts. If you are out anyway, food courts have very affordable menus even though much of the food may be fast, you can still select great salads and healthy wraps. Budget your Food.
