Hiking the Headingly Grand Trunk Trail - The Final Stretch

Headingly Grand Trunk Trail   Wescana to Beaudry Park It was a beautiful day for a walk as we set out on the final leg of walking the Grand Trunk Trail . Instead of parking on the road we found parking spots on the trail which was quite convienent. The seasons are changing since we started our walk and now the farmers' fields look a lot different. The beiges and browns and reddish colors are strikingly beautiful. Bales of hay Headingly Grand Trunk Trail  In most cases, harvest has already taken place and and the hay bales are stacked . We saw one farmer tilling the land and I reflect on how difficult growing the food on our tables must be and if we really appreciate the work of farmers. After the Harvest At the begining of this leg of the Grand Trunk trail there are a few new houses but the vast majority of the surroundings are farmers' fields and some trees.
